Nick Easthope runs his familty business from Folkestone in Kent.
He is the second generation of the family business started by his father Leon which specialises in church window restoration.
Nick's son Ted is now the third generation of the business.
"You cannot rush restoration. It is a privilege working in this industry with its fragile inheritance. You take your time and leave it for the next generations."
